Instructions
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix corn kernels with chopped jalapeños and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the ground beef into four equal balls.
- Place the beef balls on the grill and smash them down with a spatula to form patties.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
