- 3 packs of ramen noodles

- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup bok choy, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix together beef broth, water, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Pour the mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
- Add the mushrooms and bok choy to the slow cooker and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Prepare the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Serve the beef and broth over the cooked ramen noodles, garnished with green onions.
