  • 3 packs of ramen noodles

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup bok choy, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together beef broth, water, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
  3. Pour the mixture over the beef in the slow cooker.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender.
  5. Remove the beef, shred it, and return it to the slow cooker.
  6. Add the mushrooms and bok choy to the slow cooker and cook for an additional 30 minutes.
