Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add sliced bell peppers, chopped onion, and minced garlic on top of the chicken.
  3. Stir in black beans, corn, tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix everything together.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of toppings.
