- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 ears of corn, cut into thirds
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Old Bay seasoning
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- Arrange lemon slices on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
