 - 1/2 cup soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup honey
 - 2 tablespoons sesame oil
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
 - 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
 - 2 green onions, chopped
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a bowl, mix together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger to create the glaze.
 - Place the chicken wings in a large bowl and pour the glaze over them, tossing to coat evenly.
 - Arrange the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
 - Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are crispy and cooked through.
 - Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
 
Notes
- For extra crispiness, broil the wings for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
 - Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey according to your taste.
 - These wings can also be grilled for a smoky flavor.
