 - 1/2 tsp ginger, grated
 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
 - 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
 - Sesame seeds for garnish
 
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
 - In a bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
 - Toss the cooked noodles with the peanut sauce until well coated.
 - Stir in chopped green onions and peanuts.
 - Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
