- 1 cup mung bean flour
- 1/2 cup water (adjust as needed)
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a blender, combine green peas and mung bean flour with water to form a smooth batter.
- Add cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and chopped cilantro to the batter and mix well.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it into a circle.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more oil as needed.
- Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
