- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 cup everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Mix the active sourdough starter with 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 cups of warm water, and 1 tablespoon of salt until a shaggy dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise at room temperature for about 4 hours.
- Shape the risen dough into a round loaf and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Place the shaped loaf onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and hollow sounding when tapped.
- Cool the boule on a wire rack before slicing.
