Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
  3. Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pretzel crust.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool.
  9. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with sea salt.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
