- 1 ½ cups crushed pretzels
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined.
- Press the pretzel mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the pretzel crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark caramel sauce.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- These bars can be made a day in advance for better flavor.
