 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes, drained
 - 2 cups biscuit mix
 - 1/2 cup milk
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a large bowl, combine the sausage, cheddar cheese, and drained Rotel tomatoes.
 - Add the biscuit mix and milk, and mix until well combined.
 - Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
 - Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
