A delicious and creamy grilled cheese sandwich featuring roasted red peppers and Havarti cheese, perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 2 slices of Havarti cheese
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Layer Havarti cheese and roasted red peppers on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some fresh basil or spinach.
- Serve with a side of tomato soup for a classic combination.
