Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
 - Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.
 - In a bowl, mix the roasted red peppers, goat cheese, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
 - Spread the mixture onto the toasted baguette slices.
 - Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
