Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the squash on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned.
- Drizzle the maple syrup over the roasted squash and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Return to the oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
