  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Scatter the chopped bacon over the Brussels sprouts.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the sprouts are tender and the bacon is crispy.
  6. Remove from the oven and stir in the dried cranberries.
