Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the acorn squash in half and scoop out the seeds.
  3. Place the squash halves cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  4. Melt the butter and mix it with brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  5. Brush the mixture over the cut sides of the squash.
  6. Roast in the oven for 30-40 minutes, or until tender.
