- 10 rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cabbage

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- For the Dipping Sauce:
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shrimp, cabbage, carrots, green onions, cilantro, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well.
- Fill a shallow dish with warm water. Dip one rice paper wrapper into the water for about 10 seconds until it softens.
- Place the softened wrapper on a clean surface and add 2 tablespoons of the filling mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Repeat the process with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- For the dipping sauce, whisk together hoisin sauce, peanut butter, water, and lime juice until smooth.
- Serve the dumplings with the dipping sauce on the side.

- Make-ahead: You can prepare the dumplings a few hours in advance and store them in the refrigerator, covered with a damp cloth to prevent drying out.
