Instructions
- Zest the orange using a microplane or fine grater and set aside.
- Juice the orange to measure out 1/2 cup of fresh orange juice.
- In a blender or food processor, combine the coconut cream, orange juice, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until silky smooth, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or orange juice.
- Pour into serving glasses or bowls and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- Garnish with reserved orange zest and shredded coconut before serving.
