Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, scoop out tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar until fully coated.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
