Description

Deliciously marinated chicken skewers infused with ranch seasoning, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for grilling.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Skewers (bamboo or metal)

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine ranch seasoning, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper; whisk until blended.
  3. Pour marinade over chicken and toss until thoroughly coated; marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  5. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
  6. Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked and golden brown.
  7. Remove from grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.

Notes

These skewers can be marinated overnight for deeper flavor. Try adding vegetables for a colorful twist!
