- 1 lb Chicken Breasts, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Skewers (bamboo or metal)
Instructions
- Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes and place in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine ranch seasoning, garlic powder, Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper; whisk until blended.
- Pour marinade over chicken and toss until thoroughly coated; marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between each piece.
- Grill skewers for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked and golden brown.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
Notes
These skewers can be marinated overnight for deeper flavor. Try adding vegetables for a colorful twist!
