- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the high-protein flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry mixture.
- Mix until a cohesive dough forms, adding more flour if it’s too sticky.
- Divide the dough into equal portions, shaping each into a round ball and poke a hole in the center.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top of each bagel.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
