Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Rainbow sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the high-protein flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the Greek yogurt, almond milk, and honey (or maple syrup) to the dry mixture.
  4. Mix until a cohesive dough forms, adding more flour if it’s too sticky.
  5. Divide the dough into equal portions, shaping each into a round ball and poke a hole in the center.
  6. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle rainbow sprinkles on top of each bagel.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until golden brown.
  9. Allow to cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
