Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Divide the whipped cream into four separate bowls.
- Mix each bowl with the respective fruit puree (raspberry, mango, kiwi, blueberry) until well combined.
- If desired, add food coloring to enhance the colors.
- In serving glasses, layer the mousse mixtures starting with raspberry, followed by mango, kiwi, and blueberry.
- Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
