Ingredients

- 1 batch of soft bread dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for brushing
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Roll out the bread dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
- Cut the dough into 4-inch squares.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square and sprinkle with cheese.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
- Arrange the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
