Description

Warm and cheesy buns filled with shredded chicken and delicious seasonings, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 batch of soft bread dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Roll out the bread dough on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Cut the dough into 4-inch squares.
  5. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square and sprinkle with cheese.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Arrange the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
