- 1 lb sausage
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned. Add onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the pumpkin puree, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sausage mixture and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with grated cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
