- 2 lbs beef chuck roast
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 sandwich buns
Instructions
- Preheat your slow cooker.
- Season the beef chuck roast with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
- In a skillet, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
- Place the beef in the slow cooker and add the sautéed onion and garlic.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Once cooked, shred the beef with two forks and mix in the barbecue sauce.
- Serve the pulled beef on sandwich buns.
