Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup sweetener of choice
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fill the donut pan with the batter and smooth the tops.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the donuts cool before removing them from the pan.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- Feel free to add chocolate chips or nuts for extra flavor.
