  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, sweetener, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, applesauce, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Fill the donut pan with the batter and smooth the tops.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let the donuts cool before removing them from the pan.
