Instructions

- Add melted butter, salt, and flour gradually, mixing until a dough forms.

- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a pot, bring 4 cups of water and 1/2 cup baking soda to a boil.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each into a long rope, then twist into a wreath shape.
- Carefully place each wreath into the boiling baking soda bath for 30 seconds, then remove and place on the prepared baking sheet.
