Pork Tenderloin Souvlaki is a delicious Greek dish featuring marinated pork skewers grilled to perfection, served with fresh vegetables and tzatziki sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pork tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated pork onto the soaked skewers.

  • Serve with pita bread for a complete meal.
