- 2 cups unsweetened plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 biscuits (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the plant-based sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in the plant-based milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- Prepare the biscuits according to package or recipe instructions.
- Serve the sausage gravy over warm biscuits.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
