Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, pineapple chunks, and teriyaki sauce until well combined.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
  4. Spoon half of the chicken and pineapple mixture over the cheese.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  7. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  8. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
