Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, pineapple chunks, and teriyaki sauce until well combined.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Spoon half of the chicken and pineapple mixture over the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Fold the tortilla in half and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice into wedges and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or onions for extra flavor.
- Serve with extra teriyaki sauce for dipping.
- Can be made ahead and reheated for a quick meal.
