Ingredients

  • 1 jalapeño, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side, layer cheese, pineapple, and jalapeño.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. Once both sides are golden and the cheese is melted, remove from heat and slice.
