Description
A spicy and sweet hot sauce made with fresh pineapple and habanero peppers, perfect for adding a kick to your dishes.

- 1 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 2–3 habanero peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped pineapple, habanero peppers, white vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic, and onion.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
- Transfer to a bottle or jar and refrigerate.
Notes
- Adjust the number of habanero peppers to control the heat level.
- This sauce pairs well with grilled meats and seafood.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
