- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: red pepper flakes for heat
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each dill pickle in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds using a small spoon.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, chives, garlic powder, and black pepper until well blended.
- Stuff each pickle half generously with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed pickles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
