- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and cut the russet potatoes into fries, then toss them in olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the sliced ribeye steak until browned and cooked through.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and layer the cooked steak on top.
- Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the steak and return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
