A delicious twist on the classic meatloaf, combining the flavors of a Philly cheesesteak with a hearty meat mixture.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 lb ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced green bell peppers
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, diced onions, diced bell peppers, shredded cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sautéed mushrooms to the meat mixture.
- Serve with additional cheese on top for a cheesier experience.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
