Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced green bell peppers
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, diced onions, diced bell peppers, shredded cheese, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
