Ingredients

  • Tortillas: 4 large flour tortillas
  • Cheese: 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni: 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons for frying
  • Italian Seasoning: 1 teaspoon (optional)
  • Marinara Sauce: 1/2 cup for dipping

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Brush one side of a tortilla with olive oil and place it in the skillet, oiled side down.
  3. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese evenly over the tortilla.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.

  6. Top with another tortilla, oiled side up.
  7. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese begins to melt.
  8. Carefully flip the pizzadilla and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the other side is golden and crispy.
  9. Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a minute before slicing into wedges.
  10. Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
