Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate pudding
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1/4 cup peppermint syrup
- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
- Whipped cream for topping
- Crushed peppermint candies for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the chocolate pudding with the cooled coffee and peppermint syrup until well combined.
- In serving cups, layer the crushed chocolate cookies at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the chocolate pudding mixture on top of the cookies.
- Next, add a layer of the whipped cream mixture.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with crushed peppermint candies.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger peppermint flavor, increase the amount of peppermint syrup.
- Can be made a day in advance for convenience.
