Ingredients

  • 1 cup chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup peppermint syrup
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate cookies
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the chocolate pudding with the cooled coffee and peppermint syrup until well combined.
  3. In serving cups, layer the crushed chocolate cookies at the bottom.
  4. Add a layer of the chocolate pudding mixture on top of the cookies.
  5. Next, add a layer of the whipped cream mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  7. Garnish with crushed peppermint candies.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
