Description

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 egg wash (1 egg beaten with 1 tablespoon water)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix almond flour, sugar, softened butter, egg, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Spread the almond mixture evenly over the pie crust, leaving a 2-inch border.
  5. Arrange the sliced pears on top of the almond mixture.
  6. Fold the edges of the pie crust over the pears, pleating as necessary.
  7. Brush the crust with the egg wash.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the pears are tender.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.
