			- 4 slices of bread
 - 2 tablespoons peanut butter
 - 2 tablespoons jelly or jam
 - 2 eggs
 - 1/2 cup milk
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
 - 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 - Butter for frying
 
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter on two slices of bread and jelly on the other two slices.
 - Press the slices together to form two sandwiches.
 - In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
 - Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
 - Cook the sandwiches in the skillet until golden brown on both sides.
 - Serve warm with additional jelly or syrup if desired.
