Instructions
- Prepare jars and lids for canning.

- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Add the fruit pectin and red pepper flakes, if using, and boil for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and ladle the jelly into prepared jars.
- Seal the jars and process in a boiling water bath for 5-10 minutes.
- Let the jars cool completely before storing them in a cool, dark place.
