  • 4 cups of fresh peaches, sliced
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups of milk

  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish generously with butter.
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cubed bread and sliced peaches, gently folding them into the custard.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the brown sugar evenly on top.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is golden brown and the custard is set.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
