Ingredients

- Cheddar Cheese: 2 cups, shredded
- Garlic: 4 cloves, minced
- Onion: 1 medium, diced
- Tomato Sauce: 2 cups
- Italian Seasoning: 1 tablespoon

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the browned ground beef to the skillet, mixing in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Spread a thin layer of tomato sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by half of the beef mixture, half of the bacon, and a third of the cheddar and Parmesan cheese.
- Repeat the layering process, finishing with a final layer of noodles topped with remaining tomato sauce and cheese.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
