  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour and mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread melted butter over it.
  7. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, and crushed Oreos, then sprinkle over the buttered dough.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  11. For the frosting, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and spread over warm rolls.
