- 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green onions until well combined.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to the filling.
- These can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
