Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and green onions until well combined.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to the filling.
