Instructions
- Sear the chicken by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cooking chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Set the chicken aside on a plate to rest.
- Sauté the minced garlic in the same skillet for about one minute until fragrant.
- Create the sauce by pouring in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and sun-dried tomatoes, then stirring in Italian seasoning and simmering for about 5 minutes.
- Coat the chicken in the sauce, allowing it to meld with the flavors for a couple of minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For lighter flavor, consider substituting heavy cream with half-and-half or coconut milk. Customize by using roasted red peppers instead of sun-dried tomatoes.
