Description

A delightful one-pan dish featuring tender kielbasa and vibrant vegetables in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound Kielbasa
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 each Bell Pepper (red & yellow)
  • 1 cup Baby Carrots
  • 1 pound Baby Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley or Green Onions

Instructions

  1. Gather and slice the bell peppers and halve the baby potatoes.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Sear the kielbasa until golden brown on both sides.
  4. Add minced garlic and stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add bell peppers and baby carrots; cook until soft (about 4-5 minutes).
  6. Add baby potatoes and stir in soy sauce and honey. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  7. Cover the pan and cook until the potatoes are tender (about 10-12 minutes).
  8. Sprinkle fresh parsley or green onions over the top before serving.

Notes

Prepare vegetables and kielbasa in advance for quick assembly. You may also customize veggies or switch to air fryer method if desired.
