  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Remove the pork chops and set aside. In the same skillet, add the halved baby potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the potatoes and stir to coat.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until combined.
  7. Return the pork chops to the skillet, nestling them among the potatoes.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
