- 4 pork chops
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the pork chops with salt and pepper, then sear them in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove the pork chops and set aside. In the same skillet, add the halved baby potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the potatoes and stir to coat.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir until combined.
- Return the pork chops to the skillet, nestling them among the potatoes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, you can substitute the heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
