- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the orange mixture until fully incorporated.
- Pour the orange filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional orange zest if desired.
Notes
- For a stronger orange flavor, add more orange zest.
- This pie can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
