Ingredients

  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the orange mixture until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the orange filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  8. Slice and serve chilled, garnished with additional orange zest if desired.
