Deliciously addictive No-Bake Margarita Balls bursting with zesty lime and smooth tequila flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup tequila
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1/2 cup coconut flakes (optional for rolling)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafer cookies and powdered sugar.
  2. Pour in fresh lime juice and tequila, along with lime zest. Gently fold the mixture until thoroughly combined.
  3. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.
  4. Form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, with your hands.
  5. If desired, roll the balls in coconut flakes.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate until firm, roughly another hour.
  7. Serve chilled at your next gathering.
