- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- Graham cracker crumbs for crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls. In one bowl, mix in the brewed coffee and cocoa powder.
- Layer the plain cheesecake mixture and mocha mixture in cups, swirling them together.
- Top with chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, then let cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the amount of brewed coffee.
- These cups can be made a day in advance for convenience.
- Feel free to add whipped cream on top before serving.
