Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • Graham cracker crumbs for crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Divide the mixture into two bowls. In one bowl, mix in the brewed coffee and cocoa powder.
  7. Layer the plain cheesecake mixture and mocha mixture in cups, swirling them together.
  8. Top with chocolate chips and graham cracker crumbs.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, then let cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
  10. Serve chilled and enjoy!
