- Topping:
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- While the cake is baking, prepare the topping by heating heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Once the cake is out of the oven, immediately sprinkle mini marshmallows and pecans on top, then pour the chocolate ganache over everything.
- Let the cake cool completely before slicing and serving.
